The British Council is the United Kingdom's international organisation for educational opportunities and cultural relations. Parul Gupta has more than 15 years of experience in the education sector. For more than 7 years she has been working on the UK India bi-lateral programmes aimed at fostering cultural relations between India and the UK. She is currently heading the E-QUAL project funded by the European Commission.
